New kid in town: 1966 Dodge Coronet 440

YES! This is a nice one. My friend Wilfred previously owned a nice 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback but now...he got himself this nice original California Black Plate 1966 Dodge Coronet 440. It once carried a 273cui but now has a fully grownup 383cui in it! That's one nice set of wheels added to our little town...keep 'm coming!

64 Dodge? Anyone?

This beauty is for sale quite a while now. I don't know why, because it's a nice car for the money. I like the paintjob.

Just some photo's

Got these from Marcel the other day...don't know where these shots where taken but I like what I see...

Six-pack speedshop, Ultimate garage

Had to get some floorboards for Peebles (63 Savoy) at Six-Pack Speedshop. Always nice. There's always something you can catch on camera (like the 528 hemi with Hillborn fuelinjection). The "fuzzy" shot is a real M-code Bee...it's for sale by the way.

Postcar galore?

These cars are all for sale on moparts.com right now. It's quite unique I think, because these cars are getting harder and harder to find and if you do find one, it's probably in a "original condition"...in other words, it needs total restauration.

I like the color of this one. This is my favorite Mopar color on these old ladies especially with that tan interior. Really nice.

This could be Red's little sister, only with ugly wheels

If I could, I'd buy this one and drive it like it is. Love it...

Front-end alignment is finally done

Brought Red to the alignment guy yesterday. He said to pick up the car next day in the morning so I arrived (too) early. A nice moment to take some shots of Red on the hightech, 3D alignment apparatus. She feels and steers like new!

Tilly (Flyin' Dutchman blog) and Robin passed by to take a look at my new wheels. You won't find a two-wheeler on my blog that much, but Robin's so cool. He has a great eye for detail. Check out the paintjob on the gastank:

New Mopar Action Magazine

Always nice to find the newest edition of Mopar Action Magazine on you doormat. More and more I'm beginning to consider ending my subscription because this edition is (again) stuffed with modern high-tech crap. I don't want turbo's, I don't like turbo's...I don't want tubular frames...I don't want 17" chrome rims...I don't want new generation hemi's stuffed in way too cool cars. Please, GIMME SOME REAL NO-NONSENSE GROUNDPOUNDING STUFF!I want to see survivors, factory light-weights, Max Wedges, superstock racing...aaaargh...

1963 Savoy project: part 7

Peebles is growing and growing...slowly but surely...Those bodymen know how to work with metal. Really nice.

Wheel theme...cont'd

OMG again...Antoon's Challenger is nearing completion and we mounted the wheels today. This is the best shot I could make with my phone. I think it looks awesome...
